General information
- Minimum stay 7 nights
- Smoking inside the house is not allowed
- To Spiti Mas is not wheelchair accessible
- Respect for the house, its contents, and neighbors
- A local host is present
- Pets upon consultation
Payment:
You will receive a confirmation by email for your stay, including the payment details. The booking is final after the receipt of the deposit. The first payment is 30% of the rental amount within 14 days after confirmation, the second payment is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposit:
The deposit amounts to € 250. After your stay, the property will be inspected and if everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to you within 1 week.
Cancellation:
If you unfortunately have to cancel the booking, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the rental amount
- Cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before arrival: 60% of the rental amount
- Cancellation from 28 days to arrival: 100% of the rental amount"
