The Spiti

The tastefully furnished spiti, one of five in a cozy complex with a shared pool, is located in the traditional village of Lithakia, which is in the southern part of Zakynthos. The spiti has a nice central location.

The house consists of a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a television, and a charming dining area with authentic Greek chairs, and air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

From the living room, you can walk straight onto the terrace, where a stunning sea view with a sunrise awaits you. The well-equipped kitchen, the BBQ, and the view invite you to enjoy delicious meals at home as well. A neat compact bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink unit, and washing machine offers all the comfort you need. The ground floor bedroom features a comfortable double box spring bed and ample wardrobe space. Through the French doors from the bedroom, you can walk right into the garden.

On the upper floor, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Upstairs there is also a neat compact bathroom.
